What Happens Next

Next business day A person calls or writes back, sets the time, and usually gives you a ballpark right there on the phone.
The visit Half an hour or so. We measure, take photos, and open something up if we need to see behind it. Nobody pitches you.
After the visit A written scope and a fixed price, line by line, with a drawing where the job needs one.
If you say yes Contract, deposit, and a project manager whose cell number you'll have. Our subs work on our paper and our insurance. Photos at the end of each day.

Already Have Drawings?

Send the set. We take build-only contracts from other architects and designers and bid straight off a PDF. If a detail worries us we'll call the designer, not improvise on site.
