Kitchen & bath remodeling in Westchester and Putnam

Designed by an architect. Built by the same team.

Start planning this fall and we can build through the winter, so your new kitchen or bathroom is finished by spring. One company handles the design, the permit and the construction.

Why this time of year

Winter is a good season to remodel indoors

Kitchens and bathrooms are interior work. Once the room is closed off, construction carries on through snow and cold without delays.

  • Design and permits come first. Drawings, selections and the town permit take weeks. Starting them now means building can start this winter instead of next summer.
  • The schedule is more open. Spring and summer are the busy months for remodelers. Winter projects tend to start sooner.
  • Ready when the weather turns. Finish over the winter and enjoy the new room from spring on.

How it works

From the first conversation to the final walkthrough

  1. Consultation

You tell us about the room. We call, then visit to measure and talk through what you want and what it will take.

  2. Design

Plans, layout and selections: cabinets, tile, fixtures and lighting, with a written price.

  3. Permit

We prepare the drawings and file with your town where a permit is required.

  4. Construction

Our team builds what was drawn, on a set schedule, through to the final walkthrough.

Who you'll work with

Tomasz Mlynarski, Architect

Tomasz Mlynarski

Principal, Narska Architects and Narska Build, Mount Kisco

  • Over 20 years in architecture and construction.
  • Landmarked and historic buildings repaired while they stayed in use: clubhouses on Park Avenue, a church tower in Harlem, an 1865 church in the Bronx.
  • The same care for a kitchen or a bathroom: a plan that works, details that last, and a builder who follows the drawings.

What we remodel

Kitchens, bathrooms and the rooms around them

  • Kitchens. New layouts, cabinetry, counters, islands, lighting and appliances, from an update to a full renovation.
  • Bathrooms. Primary baths, hall baths and powder rooms: showers, tubs, tile, vanities and ventilation.
  • Larger projects. When the kitchen leads into more, we design and build whole floors, basements and additions too.
