What we collect through this site, why, and who it goes to. Last updated 26 September 2026.
This policy covers narskahomeservices.com and everything Narska Home Services does under that name, including the former Deck N Porch Guys brand, which is now part of Narska Home Services. If you worked with us as Deck N Porch Guys, this is the policy that covers your information too.
When you submit the contact form or the estimate form, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, project address, the kind of job, budget and timing, anything you write in your own words, and any photos or drawings you attach. That information is sent by email to our estimating team through Resend, an email-delivery service, and is used only to follow up with you about your project. We don't sell it, and we don't use it to market anything unrelated to the enquiry you sent us.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use this site: which pages get visited, how far people scroll, and where they click. Both work by placing a cookie or similar identifier in your browser and are set up not to receive the contents of the contact or estimate forms - your name, phone, email and address never reach GA4 or Clarity.
If you arrive here from a Facebook or Instagram ad, the Meta Pixel may record that visit so we can measure whether our advertising leads to real enquiries. When you submit an estimate we consider a genuine, qualified lead, we may share your email, phone, name and ZIP code with Meta in hashed (scrambled, not readable) form, a feature Meta calls advanced matching, so that one submission isn't miscounted as several different people. This never happens for a submission we don't consider a real, qualified lead. You can control how Facebook and Instagram use your information in your Meta ad settings, or block the Pixel with your browser's ad-blocking or privacy tools.
Beyond the analytics and advertising tools above, we use your browser's session storage to remember which ad or search result brought you here (so the right "Lead source" line lands in our inbox with your enquiry) and, briefly, the contact details from a form you just submitted, so a qualified lead can be matched for Meta as described above; that copy is deleted right after it's used, and always by the time you leave the thank-you page. None of this is required to browse the site - if you block cookies and site storage, the site still works, and the estimate form still reaches us.
