How It Works

- 3Martin sets every final price himselfHe goes over your answers and photos and sends your price in writing. Rather have him come out and see it? Just ask.
- 4A plain contract, then we buildEverything spelled out in writing. Damage hidden behind a wall goes in a written change order before we fix it. We prepare the permit, and the crew usually starts within a week of it coming through, and your contract has the dates.

Narska runs on AI wherever a person doesn't need to be in the loop. Less overhead means more of your money goes into your bathroom.

Who's Behind It
I'm Martin Mlynarski. I started in the trades at 17, working with my father, who had his own framing company and knows everything there is about building a house. He still backs me today. I studied engineering in college and fixed up a house in Buffalo to live in while I was there. My brother is an architect with his own stamp, and he works with us when a job needs an architect's drawings.
I saw that AI could take a lot of the friction and guesswork out of the trades, so I started Narska to do just that. We're a new company. We're here to make money, and I won't pretend otherwise, but the way to get there is to help people first. Keep it simple, be straight with people, and the rest follows.
